Youth Programs

2017 Summer Offerings

The goal of Penn State Worthington Scranton Nittany Cub Camps is to provide an educational and fun experience to area youth. We encourage our campers to explore their interests in a safe, collegiate classroom environment. Campers are challenged with projects, crafts and activities that lead them to explore exciting new fields.

Camp programs and curriculum are continuously being developed to offer new challenges and opportunities in the areas of: science, technology, engineering, problem solving skills and athletics.

SAT Exam Test Prep

Increase your skills in mathematics, critical reading and writing.

Penn State Worthington Scranton's SAT Review Course offers high school students the opportunity to prepare for these exams in a number of ways. By utilizing SAT-produced materials and practicing with retired test questions, students become familiar with the time issues and flow of the test; also, they review subject matter with instructors and develop strategies to successfully take the test.

This review helps students find a level of confidence and attitude that will take them to their highest potential on the exam. Visit sat.collegeboard.com for regional SAT test dates; reviews are offered to coincide with those dates.

Spring 2017 SAT reviews are for March, April and late Spring SAT test dates.

Dates: Wednesdays, January 18 - March 1, 2017
Times: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Fee: $299
