Noon to 1:00 pm -- Program

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act is the most significant tax legislation enacted since 1986.  While the Act attempts to simplify taxes for many Americans, the numerous changes will affect practically all individuals, and most business will find the computation of taxable income even more complex than in the past.

Limitations on the deductibility of business interest; special deductions for businesses conducted via pass-through entities; and changes to the rules on expensing and depreciating asset purchases will complicate this process.
