Using the patient simulator lab at Penn State Scranton during an interprofessional education event, professional nurses from Geisinger Community Medical Center worked through a variety of real-world emergency medical situations to help Penn State Scranton nursing students gain valuable real-world experience.

Pen State Scranton will hold its annual Designer Purse Bingo on Sunday, February 2, 2024 at the Holiday Inn Dunmore, located at 200 Tigue Street, Dunmore, PA 18512. Tickets are $30 or four for $100 in advance. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the bingo games begin at 3 p.m. All proceeds benefit THON, which raises money to fight pediatric cancer.
